Who we are
The site is run by Tillsafe (company in formation) ("Tillsafe", "we"). Contact us through the early-access form.
What this site is
This site describes the Tillsafe payment service, which is in early access. It is information only.
- Not an offer. Early-access merchants use the service under a separate written agreement, which alone governs it.
- Features change. We describe the service as built today and mark what is still coming. Plans can change; something described as coming may arrive later, differently, or not at all.
- No advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
The demo
The demo runs the real checkout on made-up data. It does not connect to any blockchain, and no payment in it is real. Never send funds to an address shown in the demo. Anything sent to one cannot be recovered by us.
The early-access list
Joining does not guarantee that we will offer you access, or when. We choose whom to invite and may close the list at any time. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your details.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share pages of this site. You agree not to:
- interfere with the site, overload it, or get around its security or rate limits;
- send automated or bulk entries to the early-access form;
- use the site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- copy the site's design, text or code for a competing service.
Security research. Report security issues through the early-access form (start your message with "Security report") before sharing them, and give us reasonable time to fix them. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, or degrade the service for others.
Our content
The text, design, code, logos and the Tillsafe name on this site belong to us or our licensors. Code samples in the developer documentation may be copied into your own integration.
Other sites
We link to sites we do not run, such as blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranty, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from your use of this site, and our total liability to you for it is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tillsafe is incorporated, once formed, and the courts of that jurisdiction decide any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
